　“エットーレ・ブガッティの作品のなかで、もっとも有名なタイプ35は量産レーシングスポーツカーとして大成功を収め、世界中を驚嘆させた傑作である。それはエットーレの独創性から生まれ、レーシングカーの持つ機能美を徹底的に追求し、各部品の調和まで考え、自動車を芸術ともいうべき造形に変えてしまったのだ。しかもタイプ35は美しいだけではない。ブレーキドラムと一体鋳造したアルミホイールや運動性能の高いシャシー設計などメカニズムの点でも大いに注目できる。タイプ35Bは、1924年から30年までつくられた35シリーズのなかでもスーパーチャージャーを装備した高性能モデルである。　”

Bugatti Type 35B (1926, France)
Of Ettore Bugatti’s creations, the most famous was the Type 35, which achieved great success as a mass-production sports car. A masterpiece that became famous around the world, the Type 35 reflected Bugatti’s genius for transforming a racing machine into an objet d’art, in which every functional component was brought into esthetic harmony. However, the car was not just something to be looked at: it also featured remarkable technological advances and improvements, including its integrated cast aluminum wheel and brake drum unit, and its high-performance chassis. This Type 35B equipped with a supercharger was the high-end model of the 35 series, which was produced from 1924 to 1930.
