The Datsun Model 211 enjoyed a good reputation as a practical car that was easy to use and economical. In anticipation of the coming age of expressways, the car was designed to withstand extended high-speed driving. The car was also known as the “Doctors’ Datsun,” since it was often used by town doctors to make house calls.
