　“ローマ神話の知恵の女神の名を持つベルギーのミネルバは、全世界の王族や大富豪に愛用され、とくにアメリ力上流階級やハリウッドでは別格のプレステージを誇った高級車であった。女神のマスコットと美しい曲面のラジエーターシェルが印象的で、1900年から39年まで存続。各国のコーチビルダーが競って腕をふるい、多くの名車をつくりだした。エンジンは最後までナイト式のスリーブバルブに固執したが、品質のよさと高性能から高い評価を得た。　”

Minerva 30CV Type AC (1925, Belgium)
The Minerva, named after the Roman goddess of wisdom, was a Belgian-made vehicle cherished by royalties and millionaires throughout the world. American celebrities, including Hollywood stars, were particularly drawn by the prestige of the Minerva. With a miniature mascot of the goddess on the hood and its beautifully curved radiator shell, this impressive automobile endured from 1900 to 1939, with coach builders from all around the world vying to produce superb bodies worthy of its fame. Persistently employing Knight sleeve-valve engines to the last, the Minerva continued to win high praise for its superior quality and performance.
